ODP-ID Services

Canada and Associates LLC provides specialized services under the ODP-ID Waiver program to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in achieving greater independence and community inclusion. Our services include Companion Services that offer non-medical supervision and social engagement, and In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) to assist with daily living skills, communication, and safe mobility. We also deliver Behavioral Support Services, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Support Plan development, and staff training, all overseen by licensed Behavior Specialists. Each service is person-centered and tailored to enhance quality of life in the least restrictive, most supportive environments

Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI)
Eligibility

Eligibility

To be eligible for the ODP-ID Waiver, individuals must be Pennsylvania residents with a documented diagnosis of an intellectual disability or qualifying developmental disability that began before age 22. They must require an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) level of care, demonstrate significant functional limitations in at least three major life areas (such as self-care, communication, or mobility), and meet Medicaid financial eligibility. Our Services Typically Included in ODP-ID

Canada and Associates LLC offers a range of services under the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver, designed to support individuals 18 years and older in their homes and communities. Services fall into two categories: Direct Support Services and Clinical Services.

Direct Support Services

Companion Services (Ages 18+) Support for individuals who need supervision and non-medical care. Includes:
  • Supervision and social engagement
  • Support with safe community access
  • General wellness monitoring

In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) (Ages 18+)

Hands-on assistance with building independence and accessing the community.
Includes:

  • Help with daily living skills
  • Communication and social skill development
  • Support with mobility and assistive tech use

Note: Does not include medical or behavioral plan development.

Clinical And Behavioral Services

Behavioral Support Services
(Ages 21+)

For participants needing behavioral intervention and support planning.
Includes:

  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Behavior Support Plan (BSP) development
  • Caregiver and staff training
  • Ongoing monitoring and plan updates

Behavior Specialist Consultant (Ages 21+)

Consultation for teams to carry out approved behavior plans.
Includes:

  • Training on data collection and behavior protocols
  • Guidance on implementing BSPs

Note: These services require prior plan approval and do not include direct intervention.
