Initial Consultation
Free (30 minutes): A preliminary discussion to understand the client’s needs and determine if an assessment is necessary.
Comprehensive Behavioral Assessment
Fee: $1500 (saves $300) price may increase due to additional time and resources required for thorough data collection, analysis, and the inclusion of specialized assessments or testing measures beyond the standard evaluation.

- Initial intake and review of client history (2 hours)
- Direct observation and data collection (4 hours)
- Analysis of gathered data (2 hours)
- Development of a detailed assessment report (3 hours)
- Feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations (1 hour)

Travel Fees (if applicable)
Travel Fee: $0.50 per mile for home or community-based assessments beyond a 20-mile radius from the office location.

Parent-Caregiver Coaching/Collaboration: $150 per hour – Tailored training/collaboration sessions to equip parents, caregivers and or others involved with the treatment the skills to support the client’s needs effectively.

Systematic Skill Building Services (BCBA/LBS services): $130-$150 per hour, depending on individual or group sessions.
Home & Community Habilitation Services (BHT/PCA services): $40-$60 per hour, depending on the location of services, day, evening, or weekend shifts with transportation fees applicable beyond a certain distance.

- Insurance and Third-Party Payments: Clients are responsible for verifying coverage with their insurance providers. Canada and Associates, LLC does not guarantee reimbursement from insurance or other third-party payers. All payments are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.
- Service Limitations: Services are subject to availability and may be limited by state licensure regulations. Canada and Associates, LLC reserves the right to decline services in states where we are not licensed or otherwise authorized to operate.
